GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- Oral Paper Presentations will take 6 minutes. We strongly invite speakers to strictly follow scheduled times.
- The presentations must contain the following:

Introduction
- Material and methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- The president of the session will give the certificate of presentation to the author at the end of the session.
- Only Computer projection will be available. The language for pictures and slides is only English.
- Presentation of the abstracts can be either in English or Spanish.
- Audiovisual material (CD ROM, USB pens or memory stick) should be delivered to the audiovisual secretariat two hours before the presentation.
- It will be not possible to use personal laptops.
GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC E-POSTERS
- The Organizing Committee of the II International Congress of Mini-Invasive Foot and Ankle Surgery has decided that the scientific posters will be presented as electronic posters.
- With that format we avoid press expenses and the nuisance of bringing the poster during a long journey.
- Authors from an accepted e-poster will send a power point file to be online hanged. Posters will be visualized from any computer (guideline for sending the files will be communicate to the authors).
- The e-Poster area will be located at the meeting venue. E-Posters will be available to all congress participants through computers reserved to the e-posters presentations.
- The e-posters will remain at the congress website as a virtual library.
- To make the searching task easier, Posters can be search with different criteria: subject, key word, author’s name.
- The discussion will also be on-line, as any attendant to the congress will be able to send an e-mail to the authors (author’s e-mail will remain hidden during the process).
